When customers have a clear option to find all the available coupons from your website, they are less likely to abandon the cart and look for coupons.
Renaming the Coupon Field
Changing the name of the coupon field is another interesting idea. Generally, people look for text like ‘coupons’ or ‘discount’ on checkout pages. Unless you are using them, then you are safe.
Instead of ‘Traditional Applied Coupons,’ you can try some changes like ‘Promo Code’, Code Special Code, etc. while using them, your customers will think that they are part of a special promotion.
