Alliteration I Speak Of

Author : Sai Ias

Once over a muggy meadow

There walked a white wan shadow

Tears trickled down toward the ground

Craven cries made the curio sound

A haggard hireling can be found

Walking wearily into the night

The man continues to follow his sight

Severely swollen from a frigid fight

Draggling down his blood- drenched sword

Tied to its hilt is the a treasure- horde

Countless curses the man could chew

An aggressive enemy but a confidante so true

Formerly befriended the commander of the crew

His friend faultfinder was

False acquisitions was his death’s cause

Mortal madness fills his heart

Slaughtering slaves is his skilled art

He never misses a vulnerable part

Tartly tricks the duffing dupes

And never defeated by turgid troops

A past paralysis changed his existence

Thus strengthened more his prevalent persistence

No one ever cared to open for acceptance

This taught him to tend to his emotions

He counteracted notorious notions

For heinous crimes he committed

He vehemently loved and admitted

Anyone known for augury was terribly tormented

Tense townsmen sought serene shelter

But when he strikes they are in helter- skelter

The peerless power people couldn’t handle

Everyday and every night all they face is scandal

Tried to innovate interminable solutions

To stop the manslaughter in one illusion

And preserve perpetual peace and conversion

One day dauntless creatures marched malignantly

Ardently aiming to pester perniciously

The hotspur hireling was intensely vexed

He struggled scantily and was extremely perplexed

Ghastly glory sweeped the town

For the insolent intruder has been beaten down
