A Peak Inside Parliament! : Superbreak launches tour package

The election may be over, but why not have a peak inside the Houses of Parliament this summer before the newly formed cabinet returns in October. Short break specialist, Superbreak http://www.superbreak.com has launched a range of packages which combine overnight accommodation at a range of hotels across the city with a one hour guided tour of this prestigious political building. Prices start from just £35 per person!

During the summer recess, the Palace of Westminster, home to the House of Lords and the House of Commons is open for guided tours by the public. The tours include both Chambers and other great State Rooms. The tour starts at Victoria Tower and ends in Historic Westminster Hall.

Tours last for one hour and are available Monday – Saturday from 2 August – 5 October 05, excluding 29 August. Sample packages include:

Three star - £35 per person – Stay at the three star Travelodge Islington for just £35 per person including one night’s room only accommodation and a ticket for the tour. Two share any day of the week.

Four star - £69.50 per person – Stay at the four star City Inn Westminster for just £69.50 per person including one night’s bed and breakfast accommodation and a ticket for the tour. Two share. Based on weekend stays.

Five star - £104 per person – Stay at the five star London Marriott County Hall for just £104 per person including one night’s bed and breakfast accommodation and a ticket for the tour. Two share. Based on weekend stays.
