What's Lurking in Your Back Office

Have you ever wondered about what goes into creating
the back office or login area of any Affiliated program?

Well hey, its not your problem, or is it!

Let me tell you that the login area is one of the most important
parts of any Internet based affiliated marketing program.

What is provided or in many cases, or not provided can make
the difference between you succeeding or not!

So you ask why do I only now after 3 years marketing, make
this monumentius discovery? Lately I`ve been helping other
peoples downline members. Why ? because their company
wasn`t providing enough training, support and or promotional
material.

So next time you check your sales stats have a close look
at the tools and marketing material you are provided
with to promote your companies products and services.

In the past there have been 6 main areas I recommend you look
at and consider when joining any company or marketing program.

1. Quality product and services, consumable or renewable monthly.

2. Good promotional and marketing material.

3. User friendly website.

4. Well set out compensation plan, residual income.

5. Ongoing training and support.

6. The Company, its past record .....

Now I believe there is a seventh item to consider.

Most companies do supply promotion material.

The software that tracks your affiliated member sign-ups, opt-ins,
commissions, product sales, along with the software that replicated
or creates an ID and the new members websites and even the servers
that host everything, these are the basic structure of any company.

We normally take all these things for granted, they are the
responsibility of the company but they can and sometimes do
affect your income or even your access to your opt-in lists...

I have personally been affected by a company who were upgrading
the back office area and in the process all tracking of sales and sign-ups
disappeared. In the end the company went under through bad
management and the affiliated members leaving in droves.

Affiliated member programs come in so many different shapes
and sizes. I have come across 2 lately where they had a lot of
advertising material but....

The first one had heaps of promotional stuff from ClickBank
and all came with the company owners links but really lacked
in a product and the other made some amazing, to good to be
true promises about its proposed product.

Remember if it sounds to good to be true, don`t be a sucker.

With more experienced companies they will have a support
team and include a whole range or promotional material. There
is less risk for a new comer to Internet Marketing joining a

The more information I am provided with, the happier I am.
Every company uses different software and has a different
marketing focus.

each product if there are more than one.

c. A means of contacting your downline.

e. A forum or similar where members can interact with each
other and learn from each other.

to promote the company and product range,
