certification as a Senior Approved Service in the state of
Georgia and is now included within the exclusive network of
other Certified Senior Approved Services. This is a distinction
that clearly separates The Shearer Group from other real estate
firms - only those that achieve a 90% or higher rating receive
certification.

Kendra Shearer, President of The Shearer Group, brings unique
qualities to the real estate industry. She has served the public
with more than three decades in healthcare as an RN,
Vice-President of Nursing, and as a surveyor with the Joint
Commission. This is a realtor that truly understands the special
needs of the senior citizen and the senior's family.

Kendra is compassionately committed to helping seniors with all
of their real estate needs. She utilizes her skills as a realtor
while blending her life experiences as counselor, advisor and

Committed to excellence, Kendra contracted with Senior Approved
Services to conduct a confidential consumer driven survey
process with the hope of attaining the Senior Approved
Certification.

"The survey process is not mandated, in fact, each business
voluntarily pays for the survey, which should tell you how very
dedicated each service within our network is to the elder
population they serve," offers founder and president of Senior
Approved Services, Barbara Mascio.

Seniors and their family members completing the survey welcomed
the opportunity to add comments to the survey. The adult
