Comtec Enterprises Sponsor Young Solicitors Group Gala ball

'A Night at the Oscars' is the theme for this years' annual
gala ball for the YSG. The event is to be held at The Savoy
Hotel on The Strand in London on Saturday 4th February. The
highlight in the YSG's social calendar, the event showcases the
work of the YSG and in particular, the Law Society's Diversity
Access Scheme which supports law students and aspiring young who
have particular obstacles placed in their path.

The
event has this year attracted the sponsorship of a number of
high profile organisations, including the IT support service
provider, Comtec
Enterprises. The firm, which specialises in the provision of
IT products, solutions and consultancy believes that sponsorship
of such events is worthwhile on a number of different levels.


Nick Claxson, Managing Director of Comtec Enterprises
adds 'the sponsorship of worthy events such as the YSG annual
gala raises the profile of our company and develops partnerships
with other like minded firms whilst providing much needed funds
for organisations such as the YSG. This is part of a wider
network of sponsorship activity that Comtec have been involved
in and we see this as the perfect platform of getting our
message across to the wider public and providing benefits to
worthy causes at the same time'.

Comtec Enterprises
recently sponsored a Metropolitan Police car as part of their
commitment to sponsorship of local causes. The Rover 75 was
presented by the Mayor of London, Ken Livingstone to the
Wandsworth Special Constabulary.

Comtec's sponsorship
activity is set to continue as the firm sees the initiative as a
valuable outlet. Nick Claxson of Comtec said ' We see our
clients as partnerships and by sponsoring events such as the
ones run by the Young Solicitors Group we are actively
participating with our clients to build lateral working business
relationships. This in turn allows Comtec to help the YSG to
contribute towards charities that these events are run for'.
